Amber Swartz of Amsterdam, N.Y., Receives Scholarship at Clarkson University

Amber M. Swartz of Amsterdam, N.Y., a senior majoring in civil engineering at Clarkson University, received the Jean S. Newell Society Of Women Engineers Endowed Scholarship during the 2015-2016 academic year.
