Charles Lomino of Bohemia, N.Y. , a junior majoring in civil engineering at Clarkson University, received the Frank E. Gutmann '38 Memorial Endowed Scholarship and the Ernest '42 and Constance Richmond Memorial Endowed Scholarship during the 2016-2017 academic year.
