Emily Baker of Germantown, N.Y., Receives Scholarship at Clarkson University

Emily Rose Baker of Germantown, N.Y., a senior majoring in communication at Clarkson University, received the Clarke H. Joy '29 Memorial Endowed Scholarship during the 2015-2016 academic year.
