Rachel Skavina of Rome Receives Scholarship at Clarkson University

Rachel A. Skavina of Rome, NY, a sophomore majoring in chemical engineering at Clarkson University, received the Anna and Frank Greenwall Endowed Scholarship during the 2011-2012 academic year.
