Raffaele Manzi of Agawam, Mass., Receives Scholarship at Clarkson University

Raffaele Teodoro Manzi of Agawam, Mass., a freshman majoring in electrical engineering at Clarkson University, received the Elwyn J. Rodee Endowed Scholarship during the 2015-2016 academic year.
